Shipping Time.
The time needed to ship merchandise will vary depending on the shipment's location and the time of year and the type of product. Expect a 7-15 day delivery time on in-stock items. Some items are crafted at the time of the order. This may require more time before shipping. You will be informed by email.
Merchandise will be shipped using Ground Service where possible. Some items may be shipped directly from the manufacturer to customers. Sometimes your order may have to be shipped from different warehouses. When this happens the shipping cost may be more.

Knife Laws. Knife laws vary. Please check with your local law enforcement agency for the laws in your area.
Cancelation Policy. An order may be canceled within 24 hours of placing it on our web site.
Damaged Shipments. Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice damage before the carrier driver leaves, you must have him sign the bill notarizing the damages. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. We CANNOT give credit without the carriers signature. We are not responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier.
Manufacturers Defects. If a product appears to have a manufacture’s defect, email our Customer Service department for instructions. Do not return products to us without first contacting us to receive instructions. If an item is to be returned to us due to manufactures defect, you must first receive a Return Authorization Number. No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the package.
Return Merchandise Policy To receive a refund and return a purchase you must get permission from our return department. Time Limit: 15 days from ship date. You must email refund request to support@candyshillsidetreasures.com with "RETURN" in the subject field. RA# & return instructions will be emailed to you. RA# is only good for 15 days! Package must reach us no later than 15 days from date of email issuing RA#. No packages will be accepted without Ra# written clearly on package. If you received a different product than initially purchased, the item must be returned with the following: All original contents (product, manuals, instructions, etc.). Original packaging. Original invoice or receipt. Keep Copies For Your Records!
Once a return is authorized please: Return item to address given to you. Write RA# clearly on box. Returns shipped via U.S. Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) or with a value of over $100.00 should be insured. We can not be held liable for return merchandise that does not reach us. We can only refund shipping costs if return is because of our error. You are responsible for all freight on shipments that are refused or returned with no fault on our part. See Return Policy On Site! We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages or losses to defective products, errors in shipping your order, or other errors. The limit of our liability is the replacement cost of any item you purchase from us.
