This 2 Horse Welcome wall decor is made of 16 gauge steel. It measures 22.25" long by 15.5" wide. It weighs 3 lbs before being packaged up for shipment. It will have one coat of primer and then one or two coats of black spray paint for metal/steel on it. Very unique. This item can be hung indoors or out.
